Teresa is a fantastic coach! I went through several meet and greets with other coaches for my Amazon Loop preparation and she was by far the most approachable, detail oriented, and her strategy was aligned with how I envisioned my prep would go.

The digital content was super helpful, it gave me clear direction and guidance on the key components that my stories needed to capture for each LP. This is not just a simple reiteration of the STAR method, rather the content walks you through the points that an interviewer is looking for. You must be able to provide these points through your stories such that the interviewer can collect enough data to ensure you raise the bar for each LP. Providing the data points in your story all in one go makes the interviewers job easy since you're addressing many of the follow up questions before they even need to be asked. This gives you a huge upper hand against other candidates.

Additionally, each mock interview with Teresa was very valuable. Not only did we role play and mimic a real Amazon interview with a bar raiser (for live feedback), she provides tons of knowledge from her wealth of experience in helping you understand why her strategy works, what the interviewer is looking for, and gives you a complete picture of what it's like being on the other side of the interviewing table.

That said, like working with any coach on any platform, there are no guarantees. You must put in the work. There are no shortcuts.
