Our 2-tier strategy:

  • Phone interview prep aims to bring out role-fit and scope information to influence the final loop configuration;  

  • Final loops prep focuses on quality and effectiveness. We kickoff with the Digital Library (self-paced)  to guide you piecing together the interview effective materials. Followed by practices to fine-tune the stories for the full potential.

FAQ

How is this approach uniquely different from others?

Our approach puts People over process, Quality over quantity. We aim at your best story per Leadership Principle (LP) (10-14 total). In contrast,  process-driven (eg. Top 30 questions),or quantity-driven (e.g. 3 stories per LP or 30+ stories )  do  not necessarily speak to quality and effectiveness of the materials.

How effective is your approach in influencing the outcome??

This approach is most effective for experienced professional targeting L5, L6, L7+ interviews.

The average velocity: 1 full-time offer every other week.

Peak: 6 offers in 4 weeks.

How much preparation time is needed?

Phone interview : One session scheduled 2-3 days prior to the interview date.  

Final loop :~7-10days runway for self-paced activity + private sessions or video practices.

My loop interview is in a few days, can you help?

Given capacity allows, we can help as long as you commit to the same effort level within the accelerated timeline.

Can I skip the library and do sessions only?

Digital Library is an Integral part of our approach. We are unable to accommodate practice session request using alternative digital contents.

What shall I expect from the practice sessions?

You will gain the full Bar Raiser interview experience. We will put your story to test to highlight gaps, depth and impact expansion. They serve as the continuation of the Digital Library.
